Write for us
We welcome clear, original contributions that help general readers understand public policy without turning complexity into jargon. A strong proposal has one central question, a defined reader, and a reason the subject is useful beyond a passing news moment.
What we welcome
Pitch explanatory essays, comparisons of policy concepts, accounts of institutional or policy history, and carefully framed pieces about how public arrangements are understood. We are especially interested in subjects that can be explained with context and concrete examples, without relying on alarm, party slogans, or claims readers cannot assess.
A useful pitch
Tell us the proposed subject, the main idea, why it suits Prime Policy Review, and what material or expertise informs your approach. Mention any important limits, including where a policy varies by jurisdiction or has changed over time. We cannot promise acceptance, and a pitch should not assume a particular conclusion.
How to send it
Send proposals through the Contact page, choosing the editorial option and including your pitch in the message. Please do not send confidential information. We review ideas for clarity, relevance, originality, and fit with the publication's scope.
A policy is also a way of seeing
The language of a rule sets boundaries and expectations. We slow down to notice what those choices mean, without treating explanation as professional advice.
